I walked in and was immediately helped to find just what I wanted. Everyone was very friendly and attentive. I walked out with a custom-tailored “ cushion” that fits perfectly. I used it in a long road trip and found that I was much less fatigued and had NO back pain. I love this product.

I think the fee to replace the mother board chip was too expensive considering that I bought this chair from your company and it breaks every two years with minimal use.
