We were able to order from out-of-state because we knew the item we wanted to buy and had it delivered to us in the Tucson area. We received competent help. Courteous, timely, and prompt delivery were much appreciated. We highly recommend the Positive Postures zero gravity recliner as the most comfortable recliner we have every had or tried.

My experience at the store was great! The person who showed me the office chairs that I was looking for spent a lot of his time with me and explained all the functions of each model so that I could make an informed decision. The person who delivered my chair was cordial and willing to explain again all the functions of my office chair.

Great folks, very knowledgeable, very helpful. I purchased a Cozzia Qi Se, had some concerns about functions that my previous massage chair had that the Cozzia didn't, and the guys/gals were more than happy to help me out with alternative functions the Cozzia offered. I like the fact that Relax The Back is local, and offers a 5 year warranty on products they stock! Ray S.
