Especially in the era of Covid-19, the services were exceptional and safe, including the in store experience via appointment which was one customer per appointment, to the delivery where the two employees wore face masks. I recommend this store.

Even though the Covid 19 had just begun to take hold we called to make sure they were even open. They said yes and even offered us an appointment so we would be the only ones in the store. When we got there there was only the salesperson and us, which made us a little more at ease while making our selection. After a nice demonstration we met the owners and they were able to answer any final questions we had. Excellent service. On our first visit they explained the features of each chair and let us try them out. My husband is tall (and wide) so we had to look at several models to find the best fit and the staff was very helpful. Delivery was prompt and they were very careful and polite. The remote failed after a couple of weeks and it only took one phone call for them to arrange a replacement. The chair is great except got one problem - every time you sit down for a few minutes it feels too comfortable and you fall asleep

I really like my chair but my 82 year old body is having trouble getting use to it. I just sit in it at night to watch TV and everything is great for 3 or 4 hours. Then about 4 or 5 oclock in the morning I wake up with a pain in my lower back and my hips are killing me and they don't stop until I get out of bed. Crazy!!! But I will figure it out!
