I ended up with two reclining chairs. The first one is a Hale-AG-7100R, which was too large for me and after using it for a month I went back and bought a Lito ZG. I could not return the first chair, so it is sitting unused. I paid an extra $250 for added warranty on the first chair and hope it will be honored if I give the chair to my son. I do not feel the salesperson was thorough enough with my first chair, and should have steered me to a chair that fits me better. I ended up with a neck problem because of the poor fit... read more

Our salesperson was very knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions. There was an excellent selection of desk chairs and we are very happy with our choice. Having it assembled and fitted prior to taking it home was wonderful.
