Went above and totally beyond requirements for great customer service. Bought an expensive office chair in Houston, TX. The other store failed to tell me the floor model did not have warranty. The Tucson store honored the warranty and repaired my 2 yr old chair gratis. Earned my loyalty and future business. Very kind and caring staff.
