Our experience in the store, both times we were there and the second time I made a purchase, was excellent. When I ordered something online and called the Call Center to track the shipment, the online call center agent was quite curt. I got the information I needed but it certainly wasn't pleasant. The times we've talked with the Research Boulevard store and associates there have always been great.

The manager spent an amazing amount of time with me. My questions were answered and concerns addressed. Things I had'nt even thought of were explained in detail. Schedules were changed to meet my needs and the products were described thoroughly. I have never had more attentive personal service.
