We just moved here from the east coast entering an empty house. I bought all our beds from Relax the Back by phone. We have had Tempurpedec beds before, so I knew what I wanted, yet I had to rely heavily on RLB to get it right. It was a pleasure to communicate with DJ and everything turned out perfectly fine and delivered exactly when I wanted it. The delivery crew were friendly and professional. Patricia- It sounds like you bought the Sacro-Ease support. It takes just a few minutes to re-adjust the steel structure of the back but it's possible your body is having to adjust to proper alignment. Keep in mind that on occasion, the body takes up to five days to get use to proper alignment. New muscles are being used and some are being stretched.
