I am the owner of TWO Human Touch Perfect chairs, both purchased from the RTB store in the Gateway shopping center in North Austin. Recently I had an issue with excessive wear with the older chair, purchased in 2012. Steve Seitz, the store manager, was extremely helpful in resolving the issue, by putting me in direct contact with the manufacturer.
