I purchased an excellent leather desk chair from the Northwest Austin store at Research and Capitol of Texas Hwy back in 2007! The leather and general comfort of the chair is still like new. Part of the pedestal was wearing out though, so I called to inquire. Steve called the manufacturer and they sent the replacement parts to the store without charge. Great store, great service and quality, and if you are among those who called the store pricey please read my post again!
