sales representative at Relax The Back was very knowledgeable and helpful in offering best alternatives for our changes needed in bed support.. My only suggestion is related to a tempurpedic company policy of charging delivery charges when purchasing a different support platform for an existing tempurpedic mattress. Mrs. Floyd. Thank you for your 5 star review. We try our best to minimize delivery expenses but fuel and 2 men delivery make it very challenging. We actually lose money at $90.00 for 2 hours and 2 men for the delivery.
Sean was very helpful in giving me information on the Casper adjustable frame. My husband had back surgery and I needed delivery quickly. I called Monday morning and he was able to get one installed that same afternoon! Amazing! We love it and my husband likes the ability to take the pressure off his lumbar area.
