My favorite chair ever. It came so fast, brought by great movers. Since I had to buy over the phone. Relax the Back was great at helping me know how to use it over the phone. No one could have had better customer support/ service than I did.

Love this store. I had a spinal fusion and needed products that I can use for many years. Kevin was exceptional. He knew so much about back issues and the ongoing needs and was so helpful without pressuring me in any way. I knew he cared about helping me personally and it has made a huge difference already. Kevin was patient in helping me find a right fit for a pillow. The loaner program allowed me to try two different ones before saying "yes to the pillow"! I love my new Technogel Contour Thin.

Jen is very knowledgeable about our bodies and the product. She said with the new mattress I would be more comfortable and wouldn't move as much during the night and she was right! Buying the adjustable bed and mattress is an investment but one that has improved my sleep and how I feel physically.

Jen at the Louisville store went above and beyond to make sure that our dream wave chair was serviced after our move. She took the time and effort get a repair person to our new house promptly and the customer service after we have purchased the chair has been impeccable. I’m totally satisfied with the products & the staff of Relax The Back. My mom had knee & hip replacement & she now has the perfect chair for comfort. All recliners are not created equal.
