Initially I gave a very low rating for my experience at Relax the Back. However, since that time I have been pleased with the prompt response I received from the store manager. One of my criticisms stemmed from being unable to return merchandise that did not work for me once I was home and actually tried it out in a real life setting. Dominique was extremely helpful and responsive. She got me extra fabric samples they didn’t have in the store in two days! I would recommend checking with RTB to see what’s available and ask for pricing before buying elsewhere.
