Tim and his colleagues worked hard to find the right fitting pillow for both my husband and me, letting us take loaners to try them out. We ended up with the right pillows which I really appreciated! (Tim also offered valuable information on mattresses even though I had already purchased one elsewhere, which was really nice.)
