Dustin was fantastic he took the time to listen to the issues I was having with my pillows and guided me towards one that I think will be great. If it's not though I took advantage of their loaner program, I can try a loaner pillow out for a month or so if I like it I trade it in for a new one or I bring it back and try something different. This time instead of wasting money on a pillow I don't like in 3 months I will be sure to get a pillow that works!
