There was some confusion about delivery dates based on a backorder of the adjustable frame. Got cleared up. Very knowledgeable sales staff.

I am a little disappointed that the chair is not quite as comfortable as I had anticipated, but I have some pretty severe back problems. It seems to be well made, but one would expect that for a chair in the $1200 price range. No complaints about the customer service.

Customer service was great, FedEx was the worst.
