The staff were very knowledgeable and very helpful. They asked me lots of questions, in doing so they found the perfect chair for me. They made sure that I tested different ones out to see what the best fit would be. Was not pushy and gave pro and cons to each chair. I will be going back to them for all my back needs. Great store.
