We discussed options when shopping and the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. When we were finally ready to order the staff person did everything over the phone again explaining everything. When the bed arrived the staff moved our old bed to a spare bedroom for us and then setup our new one. Loved all of them

Store staff OUTSTANDING! True bed and sleep expertise VERY helpful! "White Glove" delivery service (AND old bedding take-away) was AMAZINGLY professional! The RTB-Central team made a very personal and potentially negative/disruptive change into a PLUS experience!

Great customer service by Darren McKenzie. He has a deep understanding of his products and is a good educator. He cares that the customer gets the best thing for his or her needs. He is neither hurried nor high pressure. Excellent experience.
