0 Star : My Experience I went in for a simple oil change and my truck was wrecked . Kevin Storz and the man in the body shop I spoke to (can’t remember his name) were fantastic. They was super nice and Kevin kept me informed. The service manager and other employees, however , were extremely rude. Not one single manager came out and apologized for the incident. 0 Star : My Experience It took my car in because your service center wrecked it. I recieved it back today. The damage the service center did was repaired and looked great. However they wrecked my vehicle again on the side.
0 Star : My Experience I was asked if I picked my car up today and it was not there for service. Additionally I had my Tahoe there for a recall and I still am showing that the service for the recall needs to be done.
