0 Star : My Experience Everything about the experience was awful not only are they having employee issues and parts issues honesty and sufficiency are an issue. I was told the car would be ready several times only to add another day when I was told it was ready when I got there I had to wait 30 min as they were doing something to my car on the side of the body shop. 0 Star : My Experience There was overspray, repairs that were agreed upon before start were not completed or done. Very poor communication. 1 Star : Likely to Recommend 4.5 Star : Repair Quality 1.5 Star : Customer Service Was disappointed with the vehicle drop off. No one knew what the truck was there for although we had a claim number the truck ending up being misplaced and the keys lost - took about 3 weeks to resolve.

Just saying 0.5 Star : Repair Quality They had pieces missing from my door, there is trim pieces still bend/messed up, they didn’t paint my whole fender, and had to sit there while they realigned my fender. 0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend Very unreliable 3 Star : Repair Quality They fixed the roof however they did not complete the detailing and when we took it to the car wash it had a leak and the water came in. I had to bring JT back two different times to finally get it fixed. And the water made some of the lights on the dash to turn on and the light for the tire pressure never turned off . 3.5 Star : Customer Service They did the job but it was a hassle 0.5 Star : Returned Clean
