Inquired four or five times about the progress on my vehicle and my calls were never answered. 2.5 Star : Likely to Recommend Could be higher once the missed areas are fixed. There were over 1000 miles more than the initial odometer reading on my car when i picked it up. Dont know if there was an error in writing the initial mileage down or if someone was driving my vehicle. Not very happy about that. 4 Star : Repair Quality Repairs were done well. The tires were not inflated when I left the shop after picking up the car. 1.5 Star : Customer Service Reaching anyone at reliable is nearly impossible.
