0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend I often highly recommend people NOT use this shop or the Reliable company in general. 1.5 Star : Repair Quality My sensors are still lighting up. The tires were not inflated when I left the shop after picking up the car. 1.5 Star : Customer Service Reaching anyone at reliable is nearly impossible. 0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend I would not put anyone through this. This was my second time using Reliable. Last time was the Mechanics in the Service Dept. at Reliable Nissan where way better. Friendly, courteous, fast, respectful. I would not recommend you for body work. Which is sad because my partner and only Own Chevy truck and Nissan SUVS. Parts were still bent, subframe was not aligned, oil leaked everywhere which contaminated the new part that were put in as well as the front driver side fender was not aligned with the right side. 0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend terrible workmanship and have had to argue with people to get issues resolved 2.5 Star : Repair Quality This is a new vehicle and this is the 3rd time replacing truck bed cover, still done incorrectly. Asked for an oil change since I purchased that with vehicle but it wasn’t done because I was 1,500 miles short of next oil change.
