Long wait for a simple recall (undercoat)! Also when picking up my vehicle after the recall service my rear license plate and plate cover had bee bent horizontal to the ground. Your service people straightened it so-so and I finished bending and straightening it after I got the vehicle home. Not very pleased with this outcome of service!!!
