Reliable Subaru did a Great Job as Always! They keep you informed of your vehicle's progress as it's being repaired with personal text messages from your service advisor. They always take the time to talk with you before and after your vehicle is serviced. I'd highly recommend them!

They are very friendly people, but they do tend to be expensive. I would be very discerning about what services you choose to have done on your vehicle, as they will always present you with a long list of services they would "recommend" you have done on your vehicle. Much of these recommendations have merit, I am sure. But many of them are probably not necessary yet or are much more expensive than their competition.

We had to drive to Springfield from out of state due to a certain combination of options that are difficult to find. Ryan Everette was our salesman and he was able to put the car on hold and sent me a custom video walk-around, which I thought was a really neat thing to do. We showed up early on a Saturday morning, the car was in beautiful shape and we drove away with it in about 2 hours or maybe a little less. Thank you Reliable Cars, we love our Subaru Outback.
