Quick courteous service! One could not ask for more.
I was assured several times that the maintenance would only take an hour. It took two hours. I don't like the method of informing me by email that my car is ready for my approval. I might not look at emails for some time and thereby continue to wait for an extended period of time. Customers should be told in person when the car is ready.
I was given different information about my reoccurring car battery issues. Service before last I was told the next battery would be replaced no charge as soon as it tested bad in one area. He advised I didn't need to do anything, there was a known corrosion and leaking issue with the Subaru batteries and it was common process now to replacement at no charge first bad test. 3 hours plus for oil change and tire rotation oil/grease again on the ceiling of the inside of the car.... that I had to clean again
The customer service rep went to lunch without my knowledge, didn't respond to texts, and failed to keep me aware of the status of my car. It took over three hours to change the oil and rotate tires. Any info I received was from the dealer service rep as well as my own inquiries. The dealer rep was extremely responsive and was the only positive interaction I had with the service department. I'm thinking that every customer needs to experience this "dealership service" and develop their own opinion. We were told they brought in an "outsider" to repair their business model/culture and I will wait to hear from other reviews before I go back again.

Scheduled an oil change for 2:30 and didn't get out till 5:45. When checking in they told me an average oil change takes about 1.5 hours no mention of them running behind.
