Service, response and vehicle diagnostic information was excellent. Vehicle had never given us any trouble, not a single warning light but has had a battery issue over the last two years. Initially replaced by another dealer under factory warranty only to have another failure. Reliable service department had the guts to inform us that the factory battery was a bit substandard and they replaced it with an aftermarket equivalent. No more parasitic draws on amperage and terminal corrosion.
