My appointment was at 11am, I got there at 10:38am they changed my cabin filter, my filter under the hood and oil, said I needed an alignment! I sat there until 2:50pm and had to go ask about my car! I was so mad!!!! I told them it was poor customer service and I was so mad and would look for some where to go! It was $445 dollars!!!

Charged $180 for a 5 minute software load that did not fix the problem and the rear brakes that they measured at 3mm (flagged as need replacement but not critcal) were metal on metal grinding before I got home (not sure how they went from 3 to 0 in less than an hour). When I gave them a 3/10 review on the Subaru service review, they called and tried to browbeat me into changing my review. When I refused, they said they would no longer do business with me.

Absolutely no communication. Arrived Abt 15 mins early for a 230 appt. Was told I'd be done by 330. At 4, I went and asked Abt it as I had somewhere else to be at 430. Was told they weren't done with it and it actually wasn't taken back until 330, an hr after my appt! Once it was done and I left, I got a message that had said I need 2 different filters and an alignment to which NOBODY told me about while there. Took my car in for a light that came on. it turned off when I Power cycled my car but the problem kept persisting every now and then when the light would turn back on. Explained what was going on and the light was off they took it to diagnose it and charged me 220 dollars for the diagnosis. Called me and told me it was just a warning light no big deal it was probably rain (happens while it's not raining). Used Sales manager was misleading and dishonest. I work to hard for my money for that. First, I said no to an extra package costing $3000. He asked if I would be willing to pay $1300 instead and I agreed. He then charged me $2000 for the package. I should have known better than to trust and will not buy another car from Reliable.

If I could give 0, I would. Weeks at a time without communication, no knowledge of the vehicles they "specialize" in, dragging their heels on repairs, and took them 6 months to check the wiring and instead threw parts at it because they have no idea what they are doing. And during that 6 months of being without a car, would not give me a "loaner" vehicle because they claimed to not have any. If I never deal with these people again, it will be too soon.

We got our oil changed here and they added fuel treatment to an empty fuel tank without our authorization.

I bought the car used from Reliable Pre-Owned Zone. I was promised, in writing, that the Blind Spot detector and the rear cross traffic detector would be diagnosed and repaired before I bought the car. I heard nothing for a week despite reaching out to the salesman who sold me my car.
