The first salesperson who called me and offered me to purchase a car talk down to me, in just one question that I asked. She yelled to me drop the phone call and said " ENOUGH! I'm done with you!" I was so shock and upset. I am just 6mos here in the USA searching for the best car for my family. They did hard check on April 1st and did another hard check last April 17without my knowledge the time that the car is for pick up and available. All my concerns was not properly addressed and not heared.
go in for an oil change and tire rotation and they offer you $700 worth of services that are "" necessary "at 30,000 miles on your year-old car? Yeah, I don't think so. Won't be going back. It was definitely a hard sell

It took 2 1/2 hours to get an oil change
It took 1 hour and 45 minutes. They switched to only fully synthetic oil and the cost was $101. The tech also left greasy dirt all over my passenger seat.
I waited for over 3.5 hours to get an oil change, tire rotation and they didn't even properly inflat the tires to the correct air pressure, and a CPU recall done, then scheduled to take it back on the following Tuesday at 10 am for a quick drive thru to do a windshield repair for a Crack by a 3rd party vendor and they kept my son waiting another 3 hours to do the same CPU update that was done on Friday. Their records should have showed them that was done. I'll will never take my car back for anything but a recall.
