It took 4 hours to do a 60k service. The cost was over $800. Service included plug change and fuel system maintenance. Three hundred miles down the road from home the check engine light came on. ECM monitor indicated misfire on cylinder 2. The service manager apologized for the problem but that's little help 4 hours from home. Fortunately the Subaru dealer in Little Rock was able to get in for service diagnosis first thing.

The associates are very nice, but the wait time is long. I had my car serviced under warranty in June. They missed an issue with my oil consumption. I came in with my oil light on and some other issues. All the other issues were fixed and they stated that my oil was just low. 1200 miles later my oil light came back on. At this time my warranty is expired. I had to bring my car back and pay out of pocket to get the original issue fixed.

Not the worst but not great either, sales and service dropped the ball repeatedly. I would probably not buy another car from them in the future

First off, they immediately pushed me to replace the oil pan gasket for a "critical leak" when I asked why it wasn't critical when they sold me the car, they had no answer, it's had the very tiny leak since I bought the car .. in the picture I noticed that all the oil droplets were on the filter, not the pan... Sure enough after the oil chance, my critical leak is gone... Wasted my time. Didn't have the parts for the repair scheduled by them. I let them pick the time and day and they still screwed it up again.

I was there to have my car cleaned up after they overfilled my oil at an oil change and I drove it without knowing. This caused oil to cover the entire engine area and the inside of the hood. It took multiple trips and conversations for them to fully clean up their mess. I give them two stars because they more or less identified the problem. However, they would diagnose the car until I put a new battery in (certainly they have power source to make a diagnosis). They wanted to charge me $411 for a new battery. Got one for $200 at O'Reilly's and installed it myself. Secondly, they wanted to do the most expensive fix which was taking out the NIU unit, ship it to Pennsylvania to have it and a new key programed for the car. This would be upwards of $1300.
