When I left the place, my cell phone would not connect to my car. I had to do a factory reset on my car and it still took 24 hrs to connect. I hate going to get my car fixed and come home with more problems!! Anna, one of the workers was the best in getting me set up to hopefully fix the problem.

They wouldn't fix the issue because a different Mazda dealer installed the brake light. So then charged me $99 for ordering a $12 license plate bracket for the front of the card. But they won't charge me again when they install the bracket.

I had a 2:00 PM appointment for an oil change. Nothing more, It took from 2:00PM until 4:25 PM for that appointment to be concluded. I have always had good service at Reliable, perhaps they just had a bad day, but that is unacceptable.

Was told by my salesperson who sold me the car that my first oil change is free. When I brought it in for said oil change, the service manager told me that only the oil was actually free, and proceeded to tell me what the first visit should consist of: oil change, tire rotation. I was still stuck back on "only the oil is free, (not the labor), " that i wasn't fully focusing on the things he said needed done this time. I was quoted 3 hours for additional services that I had not originally scheduled that day. I had that much time to spare and pumping supplies for that time so I agreed. 8 hours and no update later I called in and found out my care still was not ready.

The people there are all VERY "nice," but ultimately you're being glad-handed & coddled so they can find a way to justify charging you thousands of dollars. They lie without compunction. UNTRUSTWORTHY. They will "reliably" lie to your face, sweet as pie, saying whatever is necessary to keep you hooked in, & offering coffee & cookies. CHECK THEIR REPUTATION BEFORE YOU DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHODDY COMPANY. I went for a service on my Santa Fe. Which is known for engine failure. After confirming that Hyundai WOULD NOT replace the engine, they offer for an engine replacement for $4000 (not including their outrageous service costs) about 7-8000 after it's said and done. Then they offer me $500 for a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe ultimate edition and claim it's what they would get at auction. The catalytic converter is worth more than that alone.
