The service was grossly overpriced. I strongly recommend that any service patron go over the work to be done and the exact pricing in depth.

After having my car for a month And it not being able to be fixed. I came to pick it up and all the sensors were malfunctioning. This whole business is extremely unprofessional. The only people Ive had luck with was 2 of the Mazda customer service employees. Managers wont answer my calls or call me back. Dont buy a car here and dont come here for service. Youll be saving yourself a lot of stress.

Reliable Service did not document the full service done after they actually scratched my car up badly and had to repair it. On November 16th I sent a lengthy email to their Customer Service rep after she inquired about the service visit, explaining the entire mess and have not heard back. I am unable to attached it nor do I have the room to paste it. Very unhappy. PBH

Lousy customer service at this dealership anymore, used to be awsome. Reflection of poor management. Our sales representative Bryan is Awsome. Had Zaktec applied, didn't wash before and applied over bugs etc., some areas not even applied. PITIFUL!!! Thinking hard about going back to Toyota dealership in Harrison, Arkansas. So sorry about the state of this service dept..

Waited 2hrs. just to have tires rotated. When home found that the odd valve stem cap was still in its same location. Not rotated! Sad!!!!!!!!!!

I was overcharged and I asked them to check my tire air levels and it was not done. The tires should have been rotated but since the air levels were not addressed I can only assume they did not rotate the tires.

Reliable has continued to have problems with honesty. They added Zek oil additive booster and a fuel additive without my permission or knowlege! I looked into Zek additives. The brand is owned by Bershire Hathaway. The same company that owns Reliable Hyundai Berkshire Hathaway is a national automotive chain they owned dealerships in many states and they gave their dealers a mandate to use this product without telling consumers that they are using it after talking with Robert Beverly and complaining about them doing a service... read more
