Four wheel alignment not performed due to alignment system failure. He tried on 3 occasions during this visit to talk me into an alignment that I did not need. I had to remind him that the car is mine and I decide what services are performed. Not him. The alignment check could not be performed either. System Failure! Mechanic walked off the job without telling anyone they did not know he was gone until I went up and asked if my car was done at the time they agreed to have it finished. They had to find another mechanic to finish the job.

We took our 2017 Mazda CX-9 Signature to Reliable for an annoying rattle in the driver side dash next to the air vent. They had the car for a week and were unable to find the cause. This was very disappointing; however, they did do a 24 point plus or minus inspection. The car was purchased used in December 2020 with a 1 year or 12,000 mile warranty. The rattle began after approximately 5-6 months later. We were disappointed with the outcome with their inability to find the problem and fix it.

We were disappointed with the service while waiting and discovering the answers to several of our questions ourselves. One day we waited for our service advisor to visit when he failed to appear. Our motor home was originally delivered with no or very poor pre delivery check out necessitating a return trip to correct factory defects. Would recommend others stay in their RV's over night, or whatever time necessary, to check the proper function of all systems or questions which do arise.

Took it in for the Zaktek application and the car came out dirtier than it went in. Spots and smudges everywhere. Had to wash it the next day. Disappointing because they've done a good job previously.

Be sure you watch your vehicle being serviced so you get what you pay for. Not only that, make sure the service techs put down a paper mat in the driver's side so they do track in all kinds of oil dry and dirt from the bay.

We were lied to. Will not return for service. They tell you one price, then when you drive almost an hour to get there.it is a higher price.
