Had my car for over two weeks to do other service, promised me that they would do the recalls, I even had the literature in the front seat they didnt do any of the recalls and had the car for over two weeks!!!!

We drove 2 hours to the Suburu Car place for a part to be replaced. Waited 4 hours, then they told us they didnt have the part they had said was there. We have scheduled another appointment for next Thursday. Hopefully this experience will be better.

On more than one occasion I have taken my vehicle in for a typical PM including oil change and tire rotation and the shop has stated that the service was complete, but the tires were never touched. I know this due to grease pencil marks placed on the tires that were still in the same location following the service. Additionally, their car wash seems to be perpetually broken, so it has been almost 2 years since I've gotten my car washed or vacuumed during one of their service appointments.

We waited 1 and 1/2 hours after our appointment to even get in. Then the service department accidentally folded the filter and within minutes our car had lost ALL of the oil. Had we not stopped at a nearby store and noticed the tremendous amount of oil coming from under our car the motor in our car would have been ruined. We called Subaru and they sent out a tow truck to bring it an us back . They told us what had happened and replaced the filter and oil.

I did not get serviced at Reliable I went there to get the second key fob for my car. No one touched my car there . I did wait there for over 2 hours, for the service advisor to come out and tell me that the man was on his way to get my new key fob and program it on their lot. None of which was true. Finally after another 40 mins or so the service advisor came back and said all set. Handed me a key fob identical to my other one with same numbers and such straight from Kia. Purchasing the vehicle was fine, but the detailing didn't accomplish anything. Dust was still all over the inside, dirt was on the carpets, the outside had chalky marks all over, and the windshield had leftover red window paint still along the edges. I also discovered a scratch/scuff on the side view mirror after getting the car back from the detailer, although I don't know for certain whether or not it was there before.

Disappointed. Was supposed to get a call when my part was in after 7 business days. After 14 business days I called and was told that they were surprised I didn't have an appointment already. I was then not able to get in for another 10 days, all the while stuck without a car. I emailed directly a woman who told me to reach out if I had any problems, no response. Asked for a loaner and was told they only had one, and it had been wrecked. Getting sales calls now, and have expressed no interest.

I am losing confident on this dealership. They told me once the vehicle has something, then they fixed it then the issue keep going. Then I go back and now the issue was not the first office where they charged me 1,500$. Now it is something else. If they are not laying they do not know Hera they are doing.
