Can't even get the work done because Reliable is refusing to work with my 3rd party warranty

Check engine light was on: I was instructed to bring the car back in. They diagnosed the problem, replaced the parts and assured me the car was good to go. I had to drive from Missouri to Colorado that weekend (10/17-18) for work and the check engine light came back on in the middle of Kansas. I had to re-route to the nearest Subaru dealership and rent a car to get to my destination. Reliable Subaru failed to address the cause of my engine problems and I ended up nearly stranded on my drive.

Austin and the crew at Reliable Subaru did a great job with this. They got the parts ordered super quick and had my car fixed up faster than I expected it would happen. Austin was very communicative about each step of the process and he procured a loaner car for me to use for the days that my car was in the shop. UPDATE: my check engine light came on 3 days following this service. I took it back in, they "fixed it" and then 2 days later the check engine light came back on.

I took my car in for a 25 point check up and a zaktek. I know with zaktek takes ATLEAST 2 hours and the 27 point check up takes a little bit as well. They only had my car for an hour at max and my car was dirty, even though theyre suppose to wash it and apply zaktek.. so I could tell it didnt get done. I dont trust getting my car done there now..

Changed the oil and rotated the tires. Did not wash or vacuum. Not the first issue with the service, if I was not an MPP member I would go elsewhere.

Charged me $132 and my car still has the same problem.
Incompetent work, and the left the attachment bolts out of the console. So it is sitting there. The neglected to attach the lights which illuminate the shifter location.
My third visit after doing all recommendations they have not fixed my initial problem. Now I can't even get a call back from service dept on $ of next step to try! Not sure what to do my car has turned to junk in 6 months
