Horrible service availability, takes 3 weeks to get an appointment

Very disappointed. I specifically asked both when I checked in and when I checked out if they had filled the washer fluid because the dash alert was on and they said yes. In fact, they had not and I had to stop on my road trip the next day to buy and add it. It took the whole jug so none had been added. That dash alert went off immediately when filled. Now the "Change oil" and "Change oil filter" and "time to rotate tires" lights are all on and I am seriously questioning if they did anything!

Poor communication. Sent emails about repair work done. No response, left messages for Service manager. Had to call GM of dealership to get someone to return my call.

The service rep did not give me an answer as to how my break pads or my tires looked as far as needing to be replaced or roughly how many miles I have left on them despite me asking directly twice. However, the service appointment was timely.

Was not the best, but I think they just short staffed. Have to take car back in because they did not reset the computer and it keeps telling me to service the car every single day, three times a day . No one answered phone calls, no one told me it was done.

This service center charged me for my oil change when I have a maintenance plan through them that includes oil changes. It took me an hour to get them to admit the mistake and refund me part of what they charged me. I scheduled and oil change and tire rotation, which are included in the plan, and then opted for a tire balance and cabin filters. Neither of which should have much labor involved. Parts had to be ordered, wrong parts received, broke part while servicing, very poor communications, never called back on inquiries, no loaners available, car was undrivable for two weeks. We have been having all service done at Reliable for 18 years, this was the worst experience we have ever had. We are looking for another place to have work done locally. We are a two hour drive from Springfield.

They told me it would take around 2 hours to fix my driver's side window that was not working. After 3-1/2 hours, they still hadn't worked on it and the technician was at lunch. I never was given an update as I was waiting and left as I had other appointments. I even had an appointment for this work to be done and traveled 1-1/2 hours round trip for this appointment. Very disappointed and will no longer be using their service department.

Since August 3rd I have been waiting for a new door handle for drivers passenger side. At that time I decided to go ahead with oil change and rotate as well as having my handle replaced which was supposed to be ordered and painted by the time of my appointment. Instead, they told me I was ready to go. After walking to my car I realize that my handle had not been taken care of? I go back in and they say it was never ordered? I am still without a handle 10/6/21! NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!
