Went in for warranty engine replacement. I was appreciative that they covered the engine and communication was great; however, I pretty disappointed in quality of work. Battery wasn't hooked back up correctly (I have amps and additional battery in the rear) and missing several bolts/clips.

I had excellent service; my car was checked in and service as promised in the allotted time. Also, it was run through the car wash. I have been a Subaru customer for over 18 years and have enjoyed the excellent service.

Liked the service check and recommendations. Did not like being told pre inspection that my tires had uneven wear, trying to make me agree to alignment before car was inspected. During the official inspection the tires deemed even wear!
