We live perfectly between 2 Subaru dealers and will always choose Reliable! They are always so friendly and helpful. This time we 'reserved' a loaner vehicle, but there wasn't one available when we got there and was told the 'loaner manager' wasn't working that day. We sat there for a bit frustrated, then they provided a used vehicle as a loaner. The used vehicle was a new model with 9000 miles on it. That worked out perfectly for us-we were able to run our errands. Thank you-as always.

The initial employee in the parts department gave me incorrect information. Fortunately another employee in service knew the truth and was able to provide the service we needed.
