I gave a 5 star rating because they performed the oil change and cabin filter change quickly. However, a cabin filter change is a relatively easy job, for which they quoted me a price of about $40. The actual cost was $57. When I pointed this out, they took $10 off. I think that once the warranty expires, I'm going to take my car to Rick's for service. I take my other car there, and I always know what the service will cost before it's started.
The wait sucked but other than that i got what i went for%
They are very professional and great! Will return for service!
