Handled quickly and professionally.
I had a 10:00 appointment for an oil change. I checked in a few minutes early and did not receive my car until 12:20 pm. This is totally unacceptable. I'm sure the actual oil change was fine. Therefore, I rated you two stars instead of one. I do not plan to return to Reliable Chevrolet for an oil change.
My seat and steering wheel were left in strange positions, hard for me to readjust to where I am accustomed.
1) My alternator went out on my 2020 Traverse..it should last more than 5 years but that's not Reliable 's problem 2) Had my car towed early on a Tuesday morning. It didn't get fixed until the following Tuesday 3) Service Advisor Maria kept me up to date 4) Lester fielded a call from me on Sat; said he would see what was going on then ghosted me. 5) I had to call back Monday am, finally talked to the manager Wes who stated that there are STILL 3 cars ahead of it to be verified it's the alternator AND we may not even have one... read more
