CLAIMED MY BATTERY WAS DEAD AND CHARGED ME 200.00 TOOK THE CAR TO ANOTHER DEALER SHIP AND WASN'T THE BATTER COVERED AT 100% WITH WARRANTY.
Took my car in due to a known issue listed online on other 2020 Malibu which chevy never recalled. I bought an textended warranty that is already expired so that didn't help me. The had my car for over a month!! I received no loaner either. Called me attempting to say it was an issue with a modification and the car is totally stock. I was contacted by Liz. We couldn't make a deal for two reasons. 1) Not enough for my trade. The second reason was while I was waiting for my trade offer they raised the price by $2k. I've bought and sold many cars. I've never had that happen before.

They say they perform a $1680.00 inspection on used vehicles. Ha! One week after owning my vehicle I've spent $780.00 on things that any mechanic should have noticed. My mechanic noticed these things right off the bat. An air filter that was caked with dirt, bugs and other debris. I bought a good quality filter and only spent $12.00 on it. Small simple things that they've over looked. Many of the buttons features on the inside didn't work either. Would not recommend. Check vehicle over closely.

I want to do a regular maintenance on my transmission. I got a transmission flush. And about thirteen days later the transmission broke down They claimed the flush had nothing to do with the broken parts and my gearbox is stuck.
Second time leaving my car for a full Saturday and they didn't complete my service appointment and didn't communicate that they couldn't finish in time prior to me picking up. Very frustrated with them and their inability to schedule a service appointment in a window that it can actually be completed in. We have two toddlers and now a newborn so having to move three car seats is so difficult and also makes the shuttle not an option for us.

I did not need my oil changed or the filters replaced but they did it anyways. They did not say what was to be done with the car and charged almost 350 for things I didn't need or want.

They suck,everytime i take vehicle there they take forever and never fix problem the first time,get oil change it leaks oil,tire rotation they dont put valve stems back on,check filter lrave arm off and loose screws,they dont keep you updated,show favoritism towards certain customers,i could go on but wont.
