Service person was very helpful. Wait was not as long as expected. Waiting area was comfortable.
Service was completed in time frame given by Michael. I appreciated them vacuuming my car out, and running it through the wash.
Brought my truck in for 60,000 mile service, after which the transmission failed. I was provided with a courtesy truck while my transmission was being rebuilt. My service person (Fred) kept me informed as repairs progressed. I am extremely satisfied with the attention to detail and quality service I received and will recommend Reliable to all my family and friends.
This time, the scheduled service appointment was done and completed in record time and I'm very happy with it. Thats what I expect whenever service is performed regardless on the type of vehicle to keep and maintain customer loyalty and satisfaction. The assigned Service advisor I believe was Bill Murray.

Richard Tucker is a real pleasure to work with when I bring my Chevy as well as my wife's Chevy in for servicing. He is very courteous and doesn't try to sell me something that I don't need for either car. He was able to save me over $200 of the purchase of new tires as well as $30 on a new battery. If Richard is unavailable, Bill Mullins is another service advisor I have used. Both guys are first rate and professional. No high pressure tactics. Good place to have cars serviced!
