They said battery was good and it is and was not!! Need new battery now. that should've been done during the check-up. this was just an oversight, I will still recommend Reliable at this time. This is causing me another visit that should not be necessary. The Service manager, Maria seemed to be knowledgeable and professional. I made an appointment to see a car at 11 on a Saturday until I realized that they opened at 7. I live 3 hours away, and I needed a ride to get there. I decided to leave earlier to get there by 9. I texted my salesperson at 6 am to let him know. I know it was early, but since they opened at 7, I was hoping that he would get it when they opened. I waited a really long time for a radio to come in that would supposedly fix the problem of my phone continuously disconnecting and reconnecting to my car. The new radio didn't fix the problem and I had to sit in the waiting room for over 3 hours while they replaced it. I was told that they would try to get me a loaner and get my car back in to fix the Bluetooth and haven't heard from anyone since. Gary has been nice though.

If I could give this company a negative review I would. This has been the absolute worst experience I have had with purchasing a vehicle. From the non responsiveness of the managing partner Dave Anderson, to Derek Hooser and the pre-owned sales manager Mark Lawrence. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle please go somewhere else. They add fees that are not advertised this fee changes every month they will tell you it's the cost they put into making the car ready, in reality it is not

I had transmission replaced and programmed but it doesn't mention that on CARFAX. I don't know why didn't show up in the history so I demand to register the current mile for warranty purposes and safety. Need to update everything what done or replaced in the car.

I purchased a 2019 Ford Escape Advertized online at $13692 plus ttl and doc fee thru Edmunds. Went in and drove the vehicle and on inspection found it missing a door handle & it did not have door fobs. By financing a $1877 fee for reconn (not the chev sponsered protection plan) was included without clear and complete explanation. The run around started with delays. Salesman Mike was helpful but interactions with sales manager Mr Hooser were not pleasant. Asked for a full refund Buyer Beware

Reliable Chevrolet keeps adding they services my vehicle when they did not. It has not been to that dealership for a couple years. Don't understand why they keep adding into the system that they are servicing my vehicle when they aren't.
