The service was completed, but there were issues. They did not plug in all components. I had to take the vehicle back two more times to get my vehicle to work correctly. They are not very thorough. I would advice to double check their work.
Quite bizzare. I contacted the dealership and let them know I was interested in a specific vehicle. I had the funds and everything that is needed to purchase. Spoke with several people and never heard back. A week went by and now the car I wanted was sold. Don't bother with this dealership. Not very "Reliable"
I purchased my car here on a Saturday and took it home same day. My carfax report says that new tires were put on the following Monday. I tried following up with the service department but never got a response. I don't know if there are new tires or not.

I took it for a recall service and they reprogrammed the transmission. As I was leaving the dealership, the transmission began to fail. I took it back to have it fixed, and they told me I had to pay. They were the ones who made the error in reproducing the transmission, and they told me I had to pay.

My experience with Reliable Chevrolet they are not honest. I bought a car before thanksgiving been back at this car lot 5 times in 2 weeks. Never received paperwork about my purchase, They told me they was going to mail it to me they said you should have received it. Then they say you should've got an email never got a email over the two weeks of me having the car. I have fallen ill and my daughter had to be rushed to the emergency room due to mold growing in my vehicle. My daughter has asthma.

Took it in for a recurring problem they had worked on before. We picked it up and two days later it was making the same noise. I don't think they tried to fix it!

Every time I have taken my vehicle in for service or a problem, the service department mechanics have done something to my vehicle ( scratched passenger side rear quarter panel and bent front driver door) or caused me to have to come back over there for a flat tire. They kept/lost my wheel lock key so I couldn't get the tire fixed on my side of town. When i had it in this last time to fix my bent door that they damaged, they got grease on my front seat.
