Sold us a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle that they hadn't inspected or fixed. Took it home and immediately found issues. We had to push to get them to make it right. In the process, one of their sales managers, Mario, hung up on my wife multiple times and had her in tears when she asked to speak with a different supervisor about the situation. There is still a dent in the side of the vehicle that we found later that should have been part of the certified vehicle repair process.
had car for 6 weeks with overheating rebuilt transmission issue and never diagnosed problem. Another dealership in Waxahachie where same problem occurred correctly found issue immediately with transmission coolant valve stuck closed and replaced
They almost damge my car. They didn't change the filter proper way, so I fixed it other shop.

Bought a used truck and could not take it the same day due to it being advertised but not having its service and check in done. They passed a dually on inspection that didn't have mudflaps, they don't send you off on a full tank and they didn't seem to have a clue what was going on and communication was poor.

Did not find problem and charged me $200 to tell me I need a new engine. Next mechanic found it in 15 minutes.
My vehicle was at the dealership for three months "waiting on a part." In addition, any time I called the service advisor for an update he seemed bothered and was very dismissive. I went up the chain of command, still kept getting the run around. Never ever shop at Un Reliable Chevrolet... That is my new name for them. They 1st lured me in on a cash car. Set up an appointment for me to check it out... On my appointment time and arrival they informed me they sent it to auction. Great, I now have somewhat waisted my time. But I am now on my feet to start seeing they can not be trusted.

Truck had bad engine. They are still trying to sell it online. The salesman didn't seem to know much about engines or why timely oil changes are necessary.
