Only deal with Reliable Chev if you are really interested in spending lots of time and money on getting a car. I spent hours of my time on the phone with Brad Smith, some internet manager and he basically told me lie after lie just to get me in the door. When I spent way too much time there on a Saturday morning, the poor sales guy didn't know what was happening.....he had no idea Brad Smith had told me lies just to get me in for a test drive. They should change their name to Unreliable for that's how I was treated trying to have a recall done on my 2003 Saturn ignition switch. They told me. they ordered the part and would be here in 6 weeks. Received a letter from GM saying the parts are available, still gave Reliable 3 addition weeks. I tried calling my service co-coordinator 4 times and they couldn't even return my call. Finally reach them and was informed part still not in. I called GM and they told me parts are available. With the recalls from GM we contacted Reliable regarding service on the recalls. I have called several times and get no call back. We did get one vehicle in and were told part needed to be ordered. Have not heard from them since. Worst customer service

This is, without a doubt, the worst auto repair shop I have ever encountered. Since its a dealer, I knew it would be expensive, but I thought I could at least expect some sort of repairs or service to be done. I had horrible issues even trying to get ahold a of a service advisor to get information about my vehicle. I made multiple phone calls with multiple messages left and could not get a phone call back. me and my husband got a pre approved letter in the mail said to call a number and it tells you how much you are approved up to so i did. we went to the dealership the next day they told us those are just a scam to get you in the building you are not really approved for anything then told us we could put in a application we were already there so we did, after filling the application out they came out and told us we would have to come back it was to late to find out if we were approved. two days later reliable calls us tells u... read more

Horrible experience... they Reduced the amount they offered me for my trade right before I was about to sign all the paperwork in finance...at the same time I also noticed that they were charging me more than the sticker price for the vehicle, when I asked the finance manager why are they charging More he came up with a lame excuse and told me that sometimes what they do to make up cost... Who wants to pay more than sticker price??? I don't... that's why I walked away...

So I went in one day after work to look at a used Tacoma. It happened to be parked right in front of the main building (a glass building where all the sales folks are). So I parked right next to it, got out and really started checking out the truck. Even walked around the lot to look at other used vehicles. We tried to do business once again, with Reliable Chevrolet. We have tried to purchase two vehicles the last two years from them, and do to low trade offers are forced to go elsewhere. It was evident that the man doing the penciling, was out to make a great deal of money. He never once came over to introduce himself, just starred at us puffing on his cigarette. I've never dealt with a car dealership that have such hateful, spiteful workers. We traded in a basically new Ford truck to them years ago and got an Equinox from this one sales guy who couldn't have been more obnoxious. All he cared about was getting a perfect score on this survey they send out about his performance as a sales guy.
