My experience with Reliable Chevrolet service reminded me why you don't take an older car to a dealership. They couldn't repair the problem after I tracked down a part out of state. I paid $200 for a job they could not do.

I could not have had a worse sales experience ... like other's had said, I would give 100 negative stars if I could. THE most unprofessional sales managers I have ever had an interaction with in my entire life. If you look at all the reviews, they are pretty much consistent with how bad the sales experience is, and the other reviews are independent and reflect the same experience I had. This is our 2nd experience, unfortunately did not change in the 14 year span of time. This time, I needed a vehicle asap and saw the vehicle I wanted online. Went to the dealership, and while the salesman was nice enough, he knew no specs on the truck at all (Toyota). I'm only giving one star, because I don't have the option of no stars! DO NOT take your business here!! My husband and I bought a truck from Reliable, and that in itself was a circus. While we both took off work to complete the paperwork for the vehicle, the dealership SOLD the truck we purchased!! I would go lower on stars but there isnt any lower than one. I went in and bought a 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander and after i was done with finance i was told by the dealer Nona that they would contact me about a second key since i had inquired about this when looking at the car.I was contacted 3 days after the sale and was told i would have to pay for the key yet that was never mentioned before the sale.I then complained to the sales manager when he called me but never got a answer back from him either. Bought a truck 2 years old, I was told everything was like new on the vehicle. Turns out the heated seats don't work also the battery completely died 2 weeks after purchase. Called and spoke to a manager ( Brandon Gonzalez) asked him if they even ran a diagnostics check on the vehicle. He said they did, I followed up with "Wouldn't that show the seats didn't work as the new diagnostics show?" he replied with: Well, if you say so. The service department is the pits. I love Chevy's and that's the only reason why I bought another car from this place. It just seems unorganized and like a bunch of teenagers run the place and don't act responsibly.

Will NEVER return here!!! They sent me an invitation to come and purchase a car. Said they would do anything to help. They lied. They didn't even try! F&I man was condescending and rude. Salesman tried , but F&I guy was a jerk. I went next door to DODGE and was able to purchase a new car in about 45 minutes. Called the owner of Reliable the next day, he didn't care about the lost business either. I will stick with DODGE or with ANY OTHER dealer for that matter. Reliable Chevrolet needs to work on keeping the customer informed on the status of their vehicle. I dropped off my 2016 Chevrolet Camaro SS on 7/18/2017 where I was able to receive a loaner. My vehicle was repaired on 7/19/2017, but I was not informed that it was ready. I called on 7/21/2017 where I was put on hold and later told I would receive a call back, but didn't. I had to call again on 7/22/2017 to find out it was ready.
