Even though I utilized the online scheduling for my service, the parts were not there prior to my appointment. Why register? No respect for my time now equates to me going to a different dealership for sales/services later.
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE sales people that do not care Ricardo was our 1st contact and acted like he really wanted to sell us a car...wrong! come back to him later. Frankie was our 2nd contact he did not listen more interested in signing out a BMW to drive home for the night (he was in a accident earlier that day) he supposedly was listening. Disappointing service. Took vehicle in for service, services where not performed when the were checked completed. Vehicle came out with multiple dings and was told it would cost me $130 to repair dents caused by dealer. Cancelling service plan and will be taking car elsewhere!
Marginal on their best day. Lame service shop. Can't fix problems, "can't duplicate " error. Bad excuses and poor service. They don't listen, don't seem to care. Snakes! Bunch of dopey idiots standing around, complaining. Don't go!! Don't use them and expect good service, disappointed!!!
Well I waited a few months to write this review for a reason. First off let me start by saying that I needed a vehicle asap, my car was totaled when I was hit by a drunk driver doing 70 mph and he plowed right through my car. I have a 2002 Chevy trailblazer recently I was having an A.C. problem. I was getting hot air on the left side vents to start off with when I turned the A.C. on. I had to keep shutting off the left side vents and opening them before I would get cool air. I also had some kind of moaning sound coming from the left and right side in the dash. Reliable Chevrolet only gets one star because I'm forced to give them at least one star. Stay away stay away stay away. It took two appointments to the autobody shop to get an estimate for hail damage. The first appointment they did not have the hail damage adjuster there. Thanks for letting me waste a day off of work. It has been over three weeks and they still cannot get the quote to my insurance company. They claim they sent it but won't return phone calls and hang up if they are busy on the insurance adjuster. A couple... read more
I have had not one, but TWO bad experiences at Reliable. The first one being with the service department. I bought a used 2011 Chevy Cruze from here in December 2014. About a year later it was recalled. I took the car in to get the recall serviced and it was terrible. When I went to pick up the car they tried to sell an evac and recharge service on my a/c because the air compressor was "broken." Always some issue when I get service here. This is my last time to use Reliable. I have a 2014 Chevy Volt. Always try to up sell services not applicable to a this type of car. Always am more educated then them in what a Volt needs a requires. This last time had all 4 tires replaced. I asked for same tires that came with car. They tried ed to sell Goodyear AS.
