I took my truck in at 8:30 am for an advertised $100 brake job, and an oil change. While going through the initial check in process the service adviser suggested several items as recommended by the manufacturer. At no time did he explain the pricing on the recommended service. I dropped my brand new car to have collision repair. They took 9 days to complete a 5 hour job. They kept on telling me day after day that it would be ready and would always come up with an excuse as to why it wasn't ready yet. On top of that the body shop left multiple scratches all over my brand new car and tried to cover them up with a black permanent marker because my was black so I guess they didn't think I would notice it. I brought my Impala into their shop at 9:05am on Thursday, March 2 due to a bad vibration when accelerating. Paul was the service writer and said he'd have a tech diagnose the problem. At 5pm that day, Paul called me and said that my front wheel bearing was bad and that the tech would replace it tomorrow (Friday). I received a call from Paul at 5pm on Friday saying that the tech replaced the wheel bearing but the vibration was still there when he test drove it and the tech now said that I needed a motor mount. I have bought six vehicles from here and I received an email reminding me to change the oil in my vehicles. The email was written in my name with my vehicle information and even a picture of the model. The email had a coupon for an oil change (Silverado $39.99 and Camaro $24.99) and without reading the microscopic fine print I made an appointment for both my vehicles to get the oil changed. This was my first car buying experience with the help of my parents. Initially, I requested a copy of the purchase order for the bank because I was already pre-approved. They insisted that they had to send it, however the bank stated it would be denied because I was already approved. Horrible and when they solicit you for what you think of them or how you were treated, it falls on deaf ears. I definitely will not be going back. Plus I find it very interesting that all of the reviews except for a few say how bad this dealership is. It's absolutely amazing that you would see somebody still in business that receives such poor grades. I'm not going to going to detail about my experience, but the whole purchasing of the car and the warranties was very shady.
Very bad experience with their service department! Took over four days to fix a very simple issue. Then my car came out scratched and dented! I tried to tell them about the damage and they were very rude and brushed me off. Have called their manager many times and he never gets back to me or picks up his phone. I advice you to look elsewhere for getting a chevy serviced in this state.
Well, folks I tried to buy a car from Reliable and they simply were not interested. My credit is not great and I realize I looked on a Saturday afternoon when banks were not open. I was told they would run the numbers and call me Sunday...no go. I called, they never called back. This service department is the worst! 2015 Chevy Impala radio went out appointment made on Thursday July 28th 2016. Service advisor was Rich ( the worst advisor there is) he doesn't care, and doesn't want to be there. Made me wait on him to finish on his computer b4 he even addressed me.
