Went with our son to buy a new used vehicle. What a joke!!! Believe me we have bought lots of vehicles over our time but I have never experienced such high pressure sales as we did at Reliable. They kept us waiting around while the sales person went to talk to his manager or watch tv with his manager. I finally convinced my son to walk out after waiting about a half hour. Unreliable Chevrolet Service Department is a more accurate description. My truck was towed there 3 weeks ago, and I'm still waiting on results from the mechanical assessment! They are unorganized & their updates are useless. I will find another shop to perform any necessary repairs.

This store is God awful. I was kept here 4 hours for a 1 hour job. Aaron makes promises he cannot keep. The fact that I was still made to pay for this cluster _____ blows my mind away. I will never come back to this store ever again.

Specifically told the salesman not to run my credit unless I decided I was certain I wanted the vehicle. He said they had a guy who could get me a ballpark figure without doing it. They came back with approval from a bank because they went ahead and ran it anyway. We walked. Their credit managed called all pissed off and treated me like a child. I hate dealerships for many reasons. One they take forever and two they always try to sell you a new car or truck. Made an appointment for 8:30 am. Came in early, filled out the paperwork, and now you wait. Most of the time they never give you an estimated time frame and if they do you are still here long after that time. Also they never call to give you a status update. So get ready to spend all day doing nothing. A whole day of doing nothing when you could have been productive someplace else. A few months ago I had the opportunity to purchase a car from your dealership. I was in a bind with my current car at the time in regards to having a very terrible interest rate (26%). When I contacted your dealership, I was certain that I would qualify for at least a lower interest rate. I was in search of either an SUV, or a Chevy Impala. My husband bought a Cruze from here in March. WORST DECISION HE EVER MADE! He bought the car and within a few months we had to get a button fixed and instead of fixing that specific button, they decided to work on the hoses under the hood which took 4-5 days. I swear they must have like 95 year old men working there if it took that long. But of course it was because "they didn't have the parts, they were waiting for the parts" it's not that hard to get 1 day shipping, especially if you call yourself "reliable". Absolutely HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! I'll tell you what -- I will never go to another dealership without first checking Yelp! All of the other negative reviews here are right on the Spot! I have had 2 different occasions to go to this dealership, both experiences were bad. The first was when my son was looking for a car. High pressure doesn't even start to describe how he was treated. We walked out. The second was when I took my company car in for service. They don't return phone calls, they never called when the parts came in, They didn't have my appointment this morning after I contacted the service manager.
