It was excellent working with Jeremy (and John in the finance dept). Both were very knowledgable, courteous, and easy to work with. Negotiated price was outstanding, particularly with the manufacturer rebates. Jeremy was very capable in explaining pricing, options, and working with management on getting me the best price. I would recommend both to anyone I know looking for a Nissan.

We did all the original transaction through the net and showed up with a total price and our own loan. We met the sales consultant as we arrived spoke with him, had a nice test drive and easy trasaction. Everything was great, except for the finance manager, who was a little to pushy, part of is job I suppose.

I came in to the dealer with a definitive idea of what I wanted to purchase if I were to purchase a new vehicle from Nissan, I was somewhat skeptical of being able to get what I wanted for the price I was willing to spend. Don was great in working with us. The start of the deal was a little shaky, and we almost left. The terms presented were ridiculously high, so in the future it might be advantageous to find out some information first, such as credit history before putting out such a ridiculous initial offering, but Don was willing to work with us and asked for our patience before continuing, but it worked out in the end. Great operation to work with and great people as well. More than pleasant and agreeable. I've been buying cars for years and this is the best experience I've ever had, bar none. That means the trust factor locked in, a rarity on car lots. And the services don't end when you drive off the lot. That means confidence. Everyone in the dealership with which we had any contact, from sales to service, was incredible. Joe Wasserman went over and above to get us the best deal on our vehicle. We would recommend him and this dealership to any of our friends. Craig, in finance, explained every piece of paper we had to sign and went in to detail as to the pros & cons of our service contract. We have bought a lot of cars in our lifetime and we must say, this was the best experience ever.
