Will not be returning, 2nd time my car is leaking from an oil change. The customer service was good but ruins it when a service on my car isn't done correctly.

I have never dealt with a more unprofessional dealership. Everyone passes the buck to someone else. No one is ever available for consult when you have an issue. I bought my new car from them that evening found a screw in the back tire. Had my oil changed started leaking oil. They could care less when things happen. They just want your money. Go to another dealership.

I came in for an oil change with a coupon for $49. 99. When I got home and reviewed my bill I was charged $54.55 for “parts”! What parts are needed for an oil change other than the filter. When I emailed you about this, I got no response! Terrible service.

I still do not have my paperwork. They still have not explained what work was done. My truck was left in a mess. Razor blade left in truck and passenger speaker is no longer working.

Set an appointment for 0930 and walk ins took precedence and made a two hour delay for our appointment

Be very cautious and make sure you record and document everything. Get everything thing in writing. Make sure you check everything before you sign. Very deceitful and every single person you talk to will have a different answer, including the general manager just beware. I will never be back. All I can say is make sure you get everything in writing and in detail because they will make promises they will not keep. And make sure you get copies.

I made an appointment at 9:00 to get my oil change. They did not get my truck into the bay until 11:00. My truck wasn't done with the simple oil change until 11:45 12:00 3 hours wasted for nothing well for an oil change but that was the reason I made an appointment

10 hours and 15 min. I can say with 100 percent that I would never ever recommend Reliable Nissan and I am not sure if I will ever use your services again. I booked an oil change and tire rotation at 7:30am. When my husband dropped off the car, a technician told him that there were 4 people ahead of him. Given that you took apt at 7am and in 15 min.
