Reliable Nissan was a great place to buy a car & I would definitely recommend them. I bought many new vehicles & this was one of the better experiences I can think of. Working with this dealership was great. Cory helped me pick out a car that was in my price range and then worked with me on getting the best deal. He was very friendly and always made sure to check with a manager before making promises that he couldn't keep. Very honest!
If you are looking for a sales person who will really work for you see Abdul Kebe. He treated us super good! He worked for us not the dealership. We had our financing in place before we went shopping. This made things much easier. Because we had already done this the deal went very smooth. Abdul showed us exactly what we wanted to see and also gave us other options. We had dealt with this dealership before and it was as painless as possible.
my wife an i were looking for a preowned Maxina Scott an Jarid found us. one it was the fastest deal we have ever did.my wife is very happy an so am i . when i go looking for truck scott an jerid will be the first one i call they even call to check to see if we still liked the car an we do . that was a verry good deal for us
Scott and Jerod where very helpful and friendly with the purchase of our new Xterra. The answered all questions fully and went above and beyond to help us with financing options, and any dealer incentives that they could. Overall we were very happy and would definitely recommend Scott, Jerod, and Reliable Nissan to any friends and family.
I had a pleasant experience at Reliable Nissan. The salesman helping me, Scott Lewis, was knowledgeable and friendly. Rather than feeling pressured into buying a car, (as I have in the past) I felt informed and assisted in buying. I would recommend this dealership to a friend, more specifically, I would recommend they utilize Scott and his expertise for their vehicle purchases.
I got multiple estimates and multiple reports about my car that were not consistent. They told me I needed new tires and when I took it back for more service they said my tires were perfect. When I raised the issue the service agent said it was a mistake but I was not issued a new service report. I also received estimates that differed greatly. I left there thinking whether or not my car was fully assessed and serviced for safety purposes and drivability.

Brought in my new truck for its first oil change and had to bring it back two more times in order to get an oil filter leak fixed. They failed to install the filter correctly on the first oil change. I brought it back a few weeks later after a puddle in my garage appeared. Was told they fixed it but they did not fix it which lead me to having to bring it in once again after another puddle appeared in my garage.
