Took my car in for my sensors to be replaced for an emissions test to pass on a 240SX Nissan car. 2 days later they tried charging me $2000 because they took my engine apart because my check engine all of a sudden went on. (No I did not pay this) I gave them no permission for that other than to replace sensors. I asked to speak to the manager and he couldn't give me a reason on why they took my car apart. At first, I just hated the sales side, but I have come to despise the service side, too. I would not buy another vehicle from this dealership or recommend it to anyone. They lie chronically and do not stand behind their products. The Armada I purchased is a lemon. I believe they lied about the vehicle's history and problems when I was considering it. I was planning on buying two vehicles from this dealership, since I've always been a Nissan faithful and they are conveniently located. They try really hard but at the end of the day they pull the same tricky crap dealerships are so infamous for. For example, their finance guy tries to sneak in a $2K maintenance plan on a deal for a 2014 $20K JUKE or their general sales manager changes the base price you agree upon with him by $879 on a 2014 Frontier 4WD . I was informed the parts came in and scheduled an appointment for Saturday July 12th at 9:45am. I went down there today only to be told? by the Service Advisor that the technician that does the work today as he "is off every other Saturday" so the scheduling should not have occurred. Additionally, I understood all the parts have not arrived. When I returned home I found a voicemail stating the Technician was sick.. So I been lied to by Reliable Nissan. I purchased a used vehicle from Reliable Nissan on Sept. 29th of 2013 . It is a 2003 Ford Explorer Sport. 4 Days after I purchased the vehicle the check engine light came on and the cruise control stopped working. I took the vehicle in to have them check the vehicle out, I could not leave it that day because I needed to take it out of town on a trip. These folks didn't seem to want to sell cars. I don't expect any dealership to give me a car but I do expect them to be reasonable, especially when trying to buy last year's model. For the 2013 model we were interested in they had around 15 on the lot. 2014s are arriving in a couple of weeks but they seemed to want to hold on to the 2013s. Very bad experience had engine work done there they forgot a part full 60 days later less than 1500 miles on the car and somehow it's my fault. The mechanic there left an engine bolt out which slowly drains my oil over 1500 miles and now my engine has a knock and they won't warranty their work.Will never use or work with this dealership again!!!!!
BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! When I walk into a dealership I expect professionalism, excellent customer service, to be treated with respect and honesty. My experience with Cindy & Mike was far from it. Both of these individuals lied to my face and disrespected me. Customer service should be the most important aspect of their jobs!
